I think you made an amazing job in rendering this image. Like everyone else has said, it does look like a photo, it looks realistic and I too had to check the category. The textures are done well.
The only thing, it does look like a photo and the composition looks like quite boring. If it wasn;t for the fact that this was a 3D art, it would look like you took a picture of a random object in the house.
